Review: WoW Designs, Denim Summer Set 1

Today's outfit is a new release from Sawsan SecretSpy of WoW Skins, which along with its in world store, also sells its items from the Marketplace.  Though the store specializes more in skins and full avatars, they also release a few outfits as well.  This outfit, called "Denim Summer Set 1" comes with a bikini top, bikini bottom, and very low ride jeans.  The bikini top also comes with a frilly lace detail and blingy jeweled piece; the bottoms have matching ties and the full ensemble also came with earrings.  The ensemble is also part of the "Eva Full Avatar" pictured on the right and offered for sale for L$350. The full avatar however also looks to come with boots and bracelets.

When I first put on the outfit, something did not look right.  There was a bikini, but the jeans were something lacking.  Looking at the jeans closer, I noticed that it was very low cut; any lower and the bikini would be extremely necessary in areas that were not adult rated.  The jeans also were lacking any sort of prim attachment at the bottom.  Though the jeans were tight, they were not necessarily skinny jeans either as they were cut very high; too high to be regular jeans but too low to be actual capris.

After taking off the jeans one thing became apparent though:  the bikini is absolutely fantastic!  Looking at it closer, the colors are beautiful, the texture is just varied enough in intensity to make it look like it's vintage, and there are a lot of details.  The colors would work for any complexion and hair color.  The only thing that could use an improvement could be the edge of the texture on the outer edges of the bikini; the edge is jagged and lacks any sort of shadowing against the skin. The lighting effects on the front of the breasts lack a little finesse and are a little light as well.

Pros:  Wonderful bikini, vintage details, a little bling makes it stand out

Cons:  I wouldn't wear the jeans, hems could be refined, lighting can be toned down
